Janos Madura is a Hungarian artist, formerly known by his project Our God Weeps, Zebaoth and albums on Hau Ruck, Ars Benevola Mater and MozgaloM labels, presents his current incarnation as Remete, a hermit project of absolution. Dark ambient of the highest order co-mingled with powerful neo-classical and martial industrial elements in the vein of CMI projects impresses even die-hard ambient congregation. This is a ritual executed by a priest in the metaphysical ‘Odabenn’ sacrament. Music of hope and forgiveness in the dark ambient realm. Co-released by Ukrainian Old Captain and Argentinean Twilight Records labels in a run of 300 copies in a full-colour Digipak.

After long years passed with wandering, our friend stepped on a path in hopes to find his way towards himself. He left behind his previous life, his dead. Flaring his internal fire up in frost he meditated on long-forgotten secret doctrines.

He spent the fatigue of his journey in sleepless, lengthy slumber. After awakening he continued his journey to immeasurable distances - inwards. He buried his desires and doubts. Through the transformation, which happened in his inner silence, the first spark of alertness dawned on him. He glimpsed of the monastery of his soul. Followed by prayers, he foremost faced his own immeasurable depth, his desires which should be eradicated, and his earthly possessions - inside.
